The issue was caused by a bug in the name field, not the validation system itself.
Install the latest update that fixes the bug to restore functionality.

I'm waiting since yesterday for an answer, if the problem is being worked on.

I bought Elastic validation and can not use it. Nevertheless, the time runs out. Do I get the money back or will the validation period be extended for the time being?

Then at least send me an old working version that I can install over it. If that works at all, because somewhere the whole validation stuff will be stored.

It had nothing to do with the validation, it was a bug with the name field, now a new update is out fixing the issue!
