cf v5 plugin only shows code in module

Hi,
Using cf v5 component and plugin, although cf version is 5.0,8 and plugin is 5.0

tested this with beez template, form shows in article but only shows plugin code in module.

uninstalled cf 5.0.8 and installed 5.0, now form doesn't show in article or module.

Been all over the forum and faq's, can't figure out what's going on..

Are you using the ChronoForms module? I don't' understand why you'd see plug-in code in a module?

No, I'm using a regular custom module - client needs easy access to the header of the module, too complicated if I have them try to edit the form itself... does that make sense?

No - you need to use the ChronoForms module to show a form. A regular custom module won't work.
