Hello,
I just updated Joomla from 3.3 to 3.4. I copied a j3.3 directory and created a j3.4 directory in the versions directory. However, when I go to the connection manager, I see my app category in the drop down menu, but when I select it, I don't see my connections. I tried importing my backup but I still can't see them. I have no problems with CF v4 after the update.
Thanks for your assistance.
Chris.
I have the same issue. I too have copied the j3.3 directory in the versions folder to j3.4. This has worked during previous upgrades but not this time. Interestingly my chronoconnections are visible from the 'front-end' of the website. This appears to be a 'back-end/administrator' issue. I will also add that I have chronoforms installed on the same site. The chronoforms appear as expected. Chronoconnections do not.
Please help - this is an urgent issue for me. This problem is ocurring on a customer's site and I am unable to work on their system!
Thanks in advance for your help!
John

Hi Max,
Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, logging out and logging back in did not resolve the issue. I have also deleted the browser cache, cookies, etc which has not helped either. I will add that the dropdown appears with the Connection Apps listed but when one is selected nothing happens. The connections list just remains empty.
Thanks,
John
