Having trouble seeing my form. Am using the component, menu type chronoforms, under options in menu, am using name of form, but it also asks for an event. Does anything go here? Also, doesn't appear when I select test form. Thanks for anything you can suggest.

I guess that you might but that would be pretty unusual. By all means email or PM me the site URL, the form name, and a SuperAdmin login and I'll take a quick look.

Hi Pelyon.,
This is a problem with the sh404SEF component, the SEF URLs it is creating don't work correctly with ChronoForms. I've disabled ChronoForms in sh404SEF and you can now see the forms from the View Form link.
