redirect based on drop down selection

Hi,

I have a drop down form with 10 selection options (one-ten), and want to redirect the user on submit to another form based on their selection. In set-up, I see the redirect action, but don't see where I can provide a url based on the selection. I'm guessing I have to include something in the code section, but I'm not sure where to start.

Meanwhile, I have the form set up to display on a menu item, but when I select "test form" it doesn't display. All I get is:

Form name can NOT be empty!

Hi Ronn, thanks. So I assume the php code goes in the code area, at the end of the wizard designer code area?

Hi Pelyon,

It goes in a Custom Code action at the end of the On Submit event on the Setup tab.

As ti redirects the user it has to be the last action in the event.
