I get this warning when installing V4_RC3.5.2_J1.6 on Joomla 3.0.2:

The component shows in the menu but does not start:
An error has occurred.

I didn't even know this release existed :-( I've downloaded it now and it looks as though Max has missed that folder out of the installer. If you have a copy of the 3.5.1 release you could just copy it over to the new installer zip file. It's the admin/language folder that is missing.
Later: I tried copying the folder over and the installer runs but the ChronoForms menu item gives me a 404 error message (I had previously tried installing CF for Joomla 2.5 on this site so it may be a hang-over from that).
I've contacted Max, he will be updating the installation package later today.
