Here are a short series of Tutorials for ChronoForms release 4 for Joomla 1.5 (the basic principles are the same for Joomla 1.0 but many setting have been changed in the newer releases).
Please check the tutorials if you are having a problem with a particular issue like emails, saving to a database, etc. It can save you a lot of hassle.

Note that this version is no longer being developed and does not contain many of the features in the current Joomla 1.5 release.
(Joomla 1.0 is now deprecated and Joomla.org will stop supporting it in the summer of 2009.)
