Duplicate Records Creation

In CC I have the "Show Toolbar" selected to yes. When I log in as an editor, the "New" and "Deleted" buttons show up just fine. I click on "New" and create a new record. However, when I submit the form, two records are created.

The only action items I have on my form is Show Html on load and DB Save on submit.

You don't need a DB Save when working with connectivity, it does that for you.
