replyto not working in our ticketing software

Hi guys,

We're using Strio ticketing software for all the correspondence from the site.

Chronoforms basically sends the form to there... and the subject line determines where the ticket goes.

The issue is that (I think) since the reply-to field is empty, even though I have the sender's email in the special field "from", the ticketing software isn't sending out the replies.

any help/thoughts?

Hi rodsdesign,

You can try putting the submitter's email in the ReplyTo field (a code hack is required that I've posted here but can't find at this second) but we don't recommend it.

Is there any way that you can get Strio to pick up this info from another field - the From field for example, which is less sensitive than ReplyTo??
