Hi, I'm using the latest version 4.0 for joomla 1.5 (1.5.23)
My form submits fine until I try to use db save, then I get the following error:

Hi Mark,
Hard to say. Most likely an error of some kind in the MySQL query; possibly a timeout because there is a loop in the code somewhere.
What do you see in the server logs?
It might be worth turning on Site Debug to see if there are any errors visible there - but the debug info may never display :-(
