Chronocontact plugin and odd error

Hi

I am placing one of my forms inside an article and after submission I get cf_alert a row on top of the form in red and the number 1 in that red box. Please see screen shot.

I am using chrono contact V 3.2
and chronocontact plugin V3.1 RC5.2

Is this the latest ChronoForms version 3.2?

If so there's a bug in the File upload code. Please see this post.
