step by step tutorial for adding translations

Hi guys,

using J 1.5.10, Joomfish 2.02 and Chronoforms 3.1RC2.

Is there a step by step guide to adding translations to a form please?

I'm just not getting it...

you better get RC5 as there is a multi lang plugin!
