Hi,on my form there's a checkbox for GPRD compliance.The user has to to check the box but it stays empty on click. Any idea how to fix that ?Best regards

Is this a new form or an old form ?
if it's an old form and it worked before then a new JavaScript error is most probably causing this.
if it's a new form then it may be a JavaScript error too, but you can simply install ChronoForms v8 on the same website and use it instead.
Thanks for the reply. New form. I can't use Chronoforms v8 on the website as PHP 8 is not compatible with my Joomla version. See my settings please. Maybe something is wrong with it ? I tried checked : checked. It doesn't change anything. The checkbox stays empty when clicked (the email displays the checkbox is ok)

Hello Max, actually there are Gantry errors. Difficult to say if that is the problem. Error in file:/libraries/gantry/js/browser-engines.js; Error:Function.attempt is not a function. I replaced the checkbutton with a simple message to enable the form. Thanks for your help. Recaptcha is only available with paid version, right ? Best regards
You can test the form in the admin area, does it work there ? do you have the same errors in the console ?
