Migration from CF v6 to CF v8

How to migrate forms from ChronoForms v6 to v8.

Overview

The problem is that form settings and customizations differ significantly between versions, making automated migration complex.
Use the import feature introduced in CF v8.0.28, which can restore basic form structure and labels from v6/7 forms, though manual adjustments may still be needed for custom settings.

Please advise how to migrate v6 to v8?

This forum is full of the same requests, developers answer that they plan to create migrators, years passed, but I didn't find any migrator :(

A migration tool for forms is not easy, the form is full of settings which are different and can not be matched to the old v6, a migrator would only restore a very basic version of the form, that may not be very helpful if your form is full of customizations, it would only save sometime dragging the fields again and setting the labels, that's all
