Hello, I try to add a very simple form in CF8 on my J5 website, but when I try to submit it I get the following error:
Your session has timed out or your tried to access a wrong page.
When i use Ajax it also loads the html again from the module it's embedded in? And when I then submit the form it works correcly... What is going on here?
I also tried using the module CF8 but that gives the same issues.
When I preview the form it works for some reason. Using the cassiopeia template gives the same results.
I tried different browsers, it's all not working.. This seems like some sort of weird bug
I hope we can find a solution for this issue
Hi is there any soolution to this issue??

how do you test the form ? using the direct form link or a menu item or inside an article ?
Do you have cache enabled ? please disable it for testing

I use it in an article embed.
I dont have cache enabled..
Does it work when you use the "View form" link in the forms manager ?

Yes then it will work. I tried different templates, standard templates, it works in the backend but not the frontend.. Very strange behaviour..
do you have any apps or browser settings/extensions for clearing cookies ? the form uses cookies and session to store progress and security token, so if this is not working then you will get that error

No worries, I have added the error message to the form settings so you can change it, and you can also use the shortcode for language strings:
{l:error_message}
