I am creating a database of veterinary certificates.
How to create online form that will be completed by every doctor before issuing each certificate.
Then the system should generate its next number. The system must keep the numbering.
After obtaining this Certificate registration number, the doctor will enter it on the issued Certificate. Do you have a tutorial or simple instructions on how to do something similar? This data should be accessible in the Joomla panel
