Data not showing up in email

Hi-

Not sure what is happening because this has always worked in the past and I haven't changed anything in the form for a couple of years. I am successfully reading data from a table, but when I try to insert that data into an email using {var:model_name.field_name}, it is not appearing in the email. Using version 7.0.10.

Sorry, I forgot to mention this is using Joomla 3.10.12. I realize that the site needs updating, but there are component issues that need to be resolved before that happens.
