I need to upgrade a joomla site that I inherited from version 3.10 to joomla 4.
On this occasion, I would of course also like to update Chronoforms which is stuck at version 5.
Is there a step by step guide to doing the Chronoforms update?

v7 has v5 import support, but the form will not be fully imported, only the main parts, you can try to use "Restore" in v7 and choose your v5 form
