Create an import form for Excel/CSV data into a MySQL database.

Overview

The user needs to quickly build a ChronoForms 6 form to import up to 1,000 records from a 20-column file into multiple database tables.
Develop the CF6 form to process the provided Excel/CSV file and map its data to the corresponding MySQL tables for insertion.

Hello,
I'm looking for someone in a hurry to create an import form with CF6 / CC6 at very short notice.
An Excel / CSV file is to be imported. This file always has 20 columns and can contain up to 1,000 records.
The data records are imported into a MySQL database in various tables.
Database, tables and the formatted Excel file are available. The form is not ready.
