A Custom HTML block was not showing up in the form when it had been before and I had no idea why, so I recreated the HTML section, saw it worked after the new one was created, and deleted the old one. I then did the same for two other Custom HTML blocks that were similar. Now I get this:

I cannot get to either the front or back end of the site. This is an urgent situation. My client is in the middle of accepting scholarship applications. This needs to be fixed right away.
