Hello,
I create un menu to the form. I put title tab and meta description.
The title works but not the meta description. In the source code, i have the main meta description write in the configuration file.
Could you help me ?

Could you please post a screenshot ? do you have the latest Joomla update ?

Joomla is uptodate.
here is the pictures :

global parameters

the cache is empty

the title of the chronoform menu is correct in the front end

the code source of the chronoform menu. the description is the same that the global configuration

V7 has a Form behavior to set the page's meta data!

Thanks for the update about Version 7 but is there a fix for those of us using version 6?

I think that in v6 you would need to use Custom Code to set the meta values.
