How to get the output of a php code in the front end of the form ?

Ron 14 Apr, 2020
Hello,

I hope everyone is safe and healthy during these difficult times in the world. Well I have a problem with V6.
I have a php code which gives me a certain output as per the country the visitor is visiting from.. I need this output when the form loads but I don't understand how to use it. Since custom code is used in the action tab of the form I am confused how to go about.
Would I be guided please.

Thanks

Put your code in a PHP action and it will be print the output on the form page!
