Turn of Design scrolling

Hello,
When editing my form in the backend under the Advanced Design tab, if I close a form element the right hand side slowly scrolls down the page to the bottom of the screen.

Is it possible to turn this animation off? I'd rather use the browser scroll than having it automated.
