Can you have version 5 and 6 running on the same site?

Hello,
Is it possible to run both version 5 and 6 on the same site? I'd like to upgrade all my clients forms to v6, but need to keep the v5 versions active until i can rebuild them in v6 on the same site and then migrate the menu link across.

Is there any conflicts between them running on the same site?

Thanks
