modal window problem

Hi GH,

I've followed your tutorial about modal window
https://www.chronoengine.com/faqs/70-chronoforms/cfv5/5252-how-can-i-open-a-modal-window-from-a-cfv5-form

but the modal is not working and I see in console this error:
Uncaught ReferenceError: Hash is not defined
at modal.js:7

could you please advice how to fix it?
