Hi, i would like to create a form without label. but i am facing a few problem.

1. How can i make a dropdown with placeholder (empty field)?
2. When i create a field, i din insert label for the field, only placeholder. this looks good at my website frontend, but when admin receive the email, the email template also dun have label for that field. how can i not showing label in my website frontend, but remaining it at my email template?
