Hello,

I do not know what I'm doing wrong.
I have a form with 2 radio groups as checkboxes.
Auto add fields data is activated.

However, only one result of the radio groups is always sent via HTML mail.
And then in the mail is also the heading "Radios group" I have not as a label in the field.

Does anyone have a tip for me?
