Issue with file attachements

How to fix file attachments not working in ChronoForms.

Overview

The issue is often caused by incorrect field naming in the form.
Ensure the field name does not contain brackets and matches the 'upload action' variable name exactly.

Hi tjhaas,

The field name should NOT contain the brackets [], and the var name is the "upload action" name.
