Is it possible to redirect to different pages based on the selection of a radio button in the form? I have a simple form that redirects to a payment page, but the client would like the ability to redirect to a different payment page if a family member is filling out the form and selects the proper radio button choice.

Yes you can do that either using an Event Switcher action to do the redirection, or using the ReDirect action with a different variable value set. You can also use different form pages as the payment pages if that helps.
