When I publish a form I see nothing but just footer.

Display only the footer when publishing a CF form.

Overview

The issue occurs because the form is not properly linked to a menu item or article.
Ensure the form is published by linking it to a menu item or article, as detailed in the CF FAQ.

I create a new form and when I publish (there are no error on the form) and save the form. When clish on test the form or View. I see nothing but just the footer on my website.
