Chronoforms form failing on Joomla 3.4.5

We have a form at this link. It worked until we updated to Joomla 3.4.5. Turned on debug, but no errors.

When you submit the form, it just clears and doesn't submit or send an email.

The form you linked to seems to submit correctly when I test - the error you posted is the normal Debugger output.

If the debugger is turned off, the form will not submit. Just fyi. I'll turn it off for you.

Here's what we figured out so far...

I completely recreated the form from scratch. It worked fine. Turned Joomla conservative caching back on (we had turned it off during testing), it fails to submit again. Turned caching off, cleared cache, it works.

Does Chronoforms not work with Joomla conservative caching turned on?
