I have just published an essay entitled A tale of two forums—my account of the reasons that led me decide to move to Chronoforums from Kunena.
Some people will laugh (or cry), feel sympathy or antagonism or may completely choose to ignore my contribution to the general discussion about forum product alternatives for Joomla. I respect everyone's different reaction whether you agree or disagree with me. I accept that some of the points I've made are totally subjective, they're personal and could be perceived as biased, but I hope people take the time to consider them.
I've tried to give a balanced appraisal of Chronoforums but, in the final analysis, people will choose one product over another for whatever reasons suit their own circumstances.

The past eight months have been an interesting ride and so it is I have just published another essay called A Tale of Two Forums … Take #2—an account of the reasons I decided to move from Chronoforums back to Kunena.
I wonder if ChronoForums being abandoned for over a year with even the simplest and annoying bugs going unfixed has anything to do with it.
