We seem to be having a conflict when we activate sh404sef. Without it activated our form opens correctly in a popup as desired. However, when we activate sh404sef we get the error message "Form name can NOT be empty!". I've raised a support ticket with the sh404sef developers however I thought I'd try here in case you can offer any insight into why this is happening. It seems to be affecting another installed component also (phoca maps) so it may well be a sh404sef issue but thought I'd try here also.

The general advice it to open the sh404SEF Components tab and set it to ignore ChronoForms URLs as it can't handle them correctly.
