I'm sorry but this got mixed up in translation and I'm not sure I understand your question.
If you want to limit registrations then you need to check the available places in the form On Load event. A Custom Code MySQL query is the simplest way to do this - there has been a thread here about how to do this in the last month or so.
If you want to create a clickable list then ChronoConnectivity is probably the best way to do this,
