I'm having a form with about 23 fields that are suppose to send the data in an email to me.
All fields are shown but the last 5 fields are not included in the email. Where to begin problem shoot?

Also the dropdown labels are only shown as "Dropdown label" in the email - not my own set (in "Designer") set label. Having 2 dropdowns, both are shown default label. Worked in another form.
