Validation field Different value other field

I'm looking from a system to validate field value different other fields.

I need it because at the same form i have to create 3 users Joomla and the users can put the same mail and the process crash.

You will need to write a JavaScript function to check this and put the name of the function in the Custom Validation box in each of the Email inputs.
