Custom DatePicker, "increment is not a function" and Joomla 1.5

There is an js error "TypeError: (intermediate value).increment is not a function" on form.

I didn't find a solution in that thread. Can you help me to include increment function? I need that for use custom "start_date" in DTP of my form.

How to load "MooTools More" on page?
I have mtugrade 1.2.5 plugin on my site, but there isn't "More" in plugin settings. I can only switch on or off this plugin.
If 1.2.5 is non compatible version of mtupgrade plugin, where can I download a compatible version for J1.5, with "More" function?

There is mootools.js in page code, if you mead mootools.js (mtugrade 1.2.5):
