Is it possible to dynamically name the TCPDF file? I would like to use a the form data as the file name. I tried using brackets, but that did not work. I even used php and that did not work.

There isn’t a way of dynamically naming the file in the TCPDF action as far as I know; you can though save the file to the server and use a Custom Code action after the PDF action to re-name it. There was a thread here on doing this a few weeks ago iirc.
