Test Form Works.. Live Form not sending

Live ChronoForms form not sending emails or redirecting.

Overview

The issue occurs when the form is embedded in an article with incorrect URL settings.
Set the Relative URL option to No in the form's display settings when showing it within an article.

I have my forms set up to work with SMTP and when I do a test from chronoforms admin the email sends and I receive it.
However on the live form it goes through to the submit and then just shows the page again. It doesn't go to the redirect and doesnt send.

Am I missing something?

Hi Mick,

The 'Test form' icon shows you the live form - just shown in it's own page on the site.

How are you displaying the version that isn't working? If it's in an article then setting Relative URL to No may solve the problem. Please see this FAQ
