I've had a well functioning form for a few weeks and suddenly i get people saying the are not getting the emails the form should send out. I've set up so that it should email a specific adress a copy so that i know which have arrived and suddenly the emails just stopped arriving! Its still giving the display message and saving data to the googlesheet but emails are not arriving!!! And i've made no edits that i know of...

Clearly something has changed. I suggest that you check your server logs and possibly with your web host. The message "An email with the details below could NOT be sent:" isn't very helpful but the logs may tell you more.
How do you have your email service configured? Are you using the Joomla! email setup or have you added a custom setup for CF?

I have filled in both Joomla setup and a copy of that information in CF. You actually helped me on my track to find the correct settings🙂 Everything have worked until about two weeks ago. I have updated joomla from 3.3 to 3.4 i just realized but am not sure if that should influence things? I think i have made an incremental update to chronoforms as well, but im guessing that shouldn't impact anything.
Now that i tried with checking the mail settings again they had reset to an old version in the joomla setup but it didn't help when i updated that information... I've also tried setting everything to another email and not getting it to work with that one either.
Are there any other options that could influence the email setup than:
# Joomla mail setup
# Chronoforms settings setup
# Specific form email action setup?

Hi Andesch,
Please try removing the settings from the ChronoForms Settings page. If that is left empty then CF will use the Joomla! site settings and one possible problem is removed.

A took a look but I can’t see what the problem is. I made a test form and a copy of one of yours and neither will send. I did notice that one of the emails in your form had the From email as .com instead of .nu but changing that made no difference.
Please try enabling 'Email a Friend' on an article and see if that works OK.

Hi! I tried to email myself as a user and got this error message:

That does sound like a problem with the host email settings rather than with the form setup.

Ive started a dialogue with our webhost, we'll see if they found something. Though a new problem showed up! When i was going to show what the problem was the google doc authorization failed and i cannot get it to work again. I have "Access for less secure apps" turned on, and don't know if something from google api has changed?
