document upload works, but doesn't reach my email.

My document upload form is uploading documents to my chronoforms uploads folder on the website, and posting a display message, but the email is never reaching my inbox or my spam.
The only error message in my debugger is:

}
Any ideas? Thank you.

Greyhead and company, It seems to have been an issue with my website server spam settings. Nothing about chronoforms. It is working now, Thank you.
