Form just not working, can't figure out why

How to fix a ChronoForms form that fails to submit without showing errors.

Overview

The issue is caused by the form's action URL being incorrectly set when using SEF URLs.
Set the 'Relative URL' option to 'No' in the form's HTML (Render form) action settings.

Hi,

I'm using Chronoforms on this website, as I've done on so many sites before: http://thegapyear.co.za/#Contact%20Uspage

For some reason the form is just not sending anything, even if I remove the noCaptcha. It doesn't show the success message or an error, just loads the form again and the email never gets sent.

I have no idea why the form isn't working.

I can PM login details if anyone is willing to have a look.

Answer
Hi Ada,

I suspect that this is a problem with the SEF URL- the form action url is set to
http://thegapyear.co.za/?chronoform=TheGapYear&event=submit
and I suspect that this just is not submitting.

Do you have the Relative URL set to No in the form HTML (Render form) action? If not, please try that.

Thank you, that did the trick and the form is working now.

I didn't know about that setting - never had to use it before.

Thanks again for the help.
