Chronoforms v5.0.9 Mailer Error: SMTP Error: data not accepted.

Hi everybody !!!

I'm sorry if my English is not good but I will try to describe my problem and I hope you help me.

I installed chronoforms v5.0.9 and I made sittings correctly so as to send forms using smtp function through Zoho.COM .

..............................................

Mailing method: smtp

smtp security: ssl

smtp Host: smtp.zoho.com

smtp username: info@mydomain-name.com

smtp password: *************

smtp debug: 0
..............................................................................

NOW everything working correctly and I can receive all my forms on my Email address but after I click submit button
I get this massage : " Mailer Error: SMTP Error: data not accepted. "

I don't know where is the problem >>

For Note: zoho smtp server need authentication to be : yes .

but I can't find authentication in smtp sittings to make it " yes" ......

PLease help me to I can hide the error massage.

Hi mr.t,

I haven't seen this error message reported before. Are you using the SMTP username as the From Email address? If not, please try that.

I use emailname@mydomain.com as the FROM Email address and username .... everything is good and I can receive massages but still show the error massage.

I registered in Zoho mail service using Gmail ...

I changed "From mail" and "Username" to Gmail but now I Get this massage : " Mailer Error: SMTP connect() failed. ".

sorry for showing my password hahahaha

now I had changed information to be :

From mail: name@mydomain.com
User Name: name@mydomain.com

everything is working but I still see the error massage: " Mailer Error: SMTP Error: data not accepted. "

Hi mr.t,

I don't see anything obviously wrong here, Please check with ZoHo and see if they can tell you want else is needed.

I don't Have a Big problem and everything is working correctly .. I can ignore this massage by editing it ..

can you tell me where I can find this massage and which language file name to edit it ????

now I wanna change this statement from " Mailer Error: SMTP Error: data not accepted. "

to be

" If we didn't answer your massage within 24 hours call us on this number 0000000"
