I am not good at all with CC. I created a Feedback page that shows 5 things, Name of the person, and 4 metrics. I would like to add a link on the name that shows the entire database, the comments and who submitted it...

You can add a link in the HTML box setting in CC
I don't understand what you want to link to though? Another CC listing?

But I was the the rep to click on the name and is shows full detail of that specific feedback like when was it filed, by who, to who, the comments and so on.
