Here are the steps to reproduce the error:
[list=]1- Create a form with one element (e.g text box)
2- Save form
3- Goto Designer --> Events: Everything looks good.
4- Remove the label from the text box.
5- Save the form
6- Go to Designer --> Events: You see the following error:
