When the form is completed, and you push the sent button, the date-picker pops up again.
It does not matter which date you choose, it is impossible to sent it.

I'm not sure - it looks like interference from something else on the page. If I look at the form without the template then it appears to Submit correctly. I suspect that it may be a conflict between the MooTools datapicker and the jQuery library - though that doesn't usually cause problems in Joomla! 3

MMmm, before the update it works normal, no problems at all... do you know what I can do about the conflict between Moo and jQ? An other noconflict.js which Joomla 3 is using?

I would probably start with the jQueryEasy extension. That seems pretty good at removing duplicate and troublesome jQuery versions and will also manage MooTools loading.

Thanks for your tip!
I installed this extension, and tried some versions of jquery, when I set it on an older version 1.6 than it works correct but when I set it on a newer version, than is the conflict there.
But it is working now.
