HI,

I installed in online server (linux), due some reason we migrated to another linux server, here i am unable to view the form, it says f"Form name can NOT be empty!".

But i reinstalled even then not working.

After reinstalling the fornname its not hyperlinked.

Hi sram,

Are there any JavaScript errors showing on the page?

Can you create a new form OK?

Hi Bob,

There's no Javascript error.

Yes i can create new form, but the form name doesn't get hyperlinked.

Hi sram,

I haven't seen anything like this before, There has to be some kind of error on the page. Maybe a PHP error deep in the code :-( Or a server setting - but I don't know what that might be,

Sorry I'm not sure what to suggest.

If you add the form id to this url does it open?
http://your_domain.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_chronoforms&task=form_wizard&form_id=???

http://yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_chronoforms5&chronoform=RegistrationForm

In this i am getting error "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 140421835163560 bytes) in Unknown on line 0".

After checking the given url i added the formid and its giving 404 error - component not found.

Hi sram,

There's something seriously wrong with the installation - I can't imagine what would try to allocate 140,000 Gb of anything.

I suggest that you go back to the old server if possible, If not then try uninstalling ChronoForms completely and re-install from new, then re-build your forms.

Hi Bob,

I did the uninstalling and re-installing and creating the new form, but the result is same.

Let me know what to do, i have been using forms and joomla from many years, even i haven't seen something like this before.

Hi sram,

I have no more idea that you do. I can only suggest that you check the server logs and settings.

By all means PM me the site URL, the form name, and a SuperAdmin login and I'll take a quick look to see if I can see anything from the Site Admin.

Bob
