Recaptcha 2 disappears

Hi, today I update Recaptcha from v. 1 to 2, it works perfectly by clicking and typing the requested code, but if you click on the submit button before inserting recaptcha code, makes it disappers as you can test on this page:

by attachment you can see actual module configuration.
Can you help me to fix this behavior?

Hi Daniele,

The reCaptcha will NOT work with AJAX enabled, please disable the AJAX or use the normal captcha
