I have test and the letter from form i got in email spam. How to fix?

Whitelist the From email address in your Email reader?

Edit the Email template so that it is less like spam?

I have test with different emails..For example i wrote in form message with my email, and send. in my email in spam i got the letter. And also the message for Admin, Admin got in spam. In short, everything is going to spam..

This is not a problem with ChronoForms sending the email. That is working correctly.

It is either:

+ A problem with the way your mail reader is set up. Have you added the From Email address to your address book?

+ A problem with the way you have the email configured. Have you checked this FAQ on Email delivery?
