Chronoforms 4.0.6 issue with 3.4.1

Ok, worked on a project today using Chronoforms and everything was working great. Got back from a meeting and now my forms aren't submitting. Basically I get a white screen upon submission.

The only thing that I can think of that changed was the client logged in and upgraded Joomla to 3.4.1.

Has anyone else had this issue. I tried to install 4.0.6 back on top of itself, but that didn't fix it either. I'm about ready to have our sysadmin roll back the site to yesterday before the upgrade took place, but didn't know if there was an easy fix?

Hey Greyhound, don't solve the problem for me. I upgraded Version 3.3.6 to 3.4.1.

I can't get access to chronoforms in the backend. I only get a blank page. In frontend it works fine.
